There was a need to establish a commercial mall that serves this vital and important area to include a building located on the main road that contains 85 rental units inside. Care has been taken to equip them with all services and safety means and take into account all engineering standards in design and implementation, the design inspired by the classic style, which gives a comfortable and luxurious impression to visitors.
It is a unique commercial and entertainment outlet in the Holy City of Makkah, to come with all that is modern and distinct, in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.
The distinct view of the administrative floors and the commercial ground floor was achieved over the open area and green spaces.
Development methodology
